Lila’s Pierogi was founded in 2004 by Waleria “Lila” Orlowska, who emigrated from Poland to the United States in December of 1967. One of four children, Lila has spent much of her life sharing joy—and filling plates—with her authentic Polish cooking. What began as a passion for feeding family and friends has grown into a beloved family-owned business.

Today, Lila’s Pierogi is proudly run by the Mychalowych family carrying on the tradition of Lila, her son Antonio Calimazzo, and his wife Connie. We carry on a tradition of craftsmanship, quality, and hospitality that has been at the heart of the business since day one.
